Polypropylene raw materials are blended with acid and alkali resistant modifiers to greatly enhance chemical stability. The fabric resists swelling, brittle cracking and corrosion damage during short-term contact with weak acids, weak alkalis and salt aqueous solutions, performing steadily under conditions where standard PP bags corrode and rupture.
A corrosion-resistant PE liner provides dual barrier to prevent corrosive materials from touching the outer fabric. All bag seams are treated with anti-corrosion sealing to stop chemical erosion through stitch gaps.
With excellent anti-aging and chemical leaching resistance, its tensile strength declines slowly under prolonged exposure to corrosive substances, drastically reducing bag rupture and material leakage losses.
