Raw materials are modified with high-temperature resistant masterbatch to raise the softening point of polypropylene. The fabric stays free of softening, sticking and melting holes under normal temperature and short-term high temperature of 80~120℃, so the bag will not be burnt by freshly discharged hot clinker.
High temperature resistant auxiliary materials are adopted for lifting loops and sewing threads to deliver consistent heat resistance of the whole FIBC without weak points. The fabric retains favorable tensile and wear resistance without rapid strength loss after heat exposure. Customized temperature resistance grades are available to match continuous high-temperature filling working conditions.
