生产节拍达到15s以内


整个生产过程中，内筒成型以及附件安装都是全自动化完成，料片首先进行折边扣铆，然后输送至下一工位，完成翻边以及附件的安装（自动打螺丝），随后进行前后盖的旋转铆接，较终激光打码、检测下线，整个过程的输送都是由机械手的完成，无须人工干预，实现了干衣机线的全自动化生产。
