The FIBC with integrated feeding and discharge spouts is an upgraded universal bulk bag tailored for mechanized operations. It features an integrated dual-spout design with a cylindrical filling spout on the top and a funnel-shaped discharge spout at the bottom, perfectly matching automated assembly lines, intelligent silos and equipment docking operations.
The extended cylindrical top filling spout has a regular bore for smooth material feeding. It can connect to equipment outlets to prevent splashing, dust emission and material spillage during filling. The dedicated funnel discharge spout at the bottom has a neat closing structure for controllable and even material flow. No manual bag cutting is required, greatly boosting unloading efficiency.
The lifting loops are sewn with double-layer reinforcing fabric, and multi-layer thickening is applied at the joints between loops and the bag body, effectively avoiding loop tearing and bag damage during lifting, filling and discharging.
