The bottom discharge outlet adopts an internal and external double-layer conical hopper design, with each hopper equipped with independent binding ties. The outer bag forms primary sealing while the inner liner realizes secondary sealing simultaneously, creating double airtight protection that stops powder leakage and moisture penetration during transportation.
Multiple reinforced stitching is applied at the joint of the double hoppers. Ties can be untied step by step during discharging to balance sealing performance and easy unloading. The caliber of the whole structure can be fully customized as requested.
