Continuous conductive filaments are evenly woven into the fabric during production, forming an interlaced conductive network to quickly dissipate static electricity generated by material friction and prevent sparks igniting flammable powders, complying with national testing standards for anti-static FIBCs.
Conductive webbing is integrated into lifting loops, filling spouts and discharge spouts for full-surface conductivity without static dead zones. The fabric features high toughness, tensile and abrasion resistance, with stable conductive performance unaffected by folding and friction.
Two production types (inner conductive & outer conductive) are available, which can be fitted with clean PE liners to realize both anti-static and dust-proof functions. Anti-static test reports can be provided upon delivery.
